Orders are typically shipped on the same day or the next business day after receiving full payment, subject to product availability.

* Shipping Method Selection

Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Shipping (3-5 days) unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed with our team.

* Shipping Methods & Additional Charges

We offer various shipping options, including:

• Standard: UPS Ground Shipping (3-5 days)

• Expedited: UPS 3rd Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day

• International Shipping & Other Carriers: USPS, DHL

The pre-set shipping amount is based on UPS Ground Shipping rates. If you select expedited, international, or other carrier shipping options, any additional cost beyond the pre-set shipping amount will be invoiced separately. The actual shipping cost will be adjusted once the order is shipped. If the final cost exceeds the pre-set amount, an additional invoice will be issued for the difference.

* Shipping Rate Estimates

The shipping rates displayed at checkout are estimates and may not reflect the final charges. Since the pre-set shipping amount is based on UPS Ground Shipping, any necessary adjustments will be communicated if the actual cost differs.

* Cargo Dropping in LA Downtown

Cargo drop-off in Los Angeles Downtown is available free of charge.

* Pre-Orders

If your shopping cart includes pre-order items, they will be shipped as soon as they become available. Please note that the estimated delivery date for pre-order items may differ from the delivery time for other products in your order.
